National Chocolate Day is on October 28th, so to celebrate the occasion I did a manicure.
For this manicure I used Nicole by OPI Promises In The Dark and Nicole by OPI Carrie’d Away.
I did two coats of Promises In The Dark. I found this formula a bit problematic, very streaky. For Carrie’d Away, I did three coats.
A simple manicure that reminded me of the Hershey’s golden kisses with almonds, which are my favorite.
Autumn is here and what better way to welcome the changing of the seasons but with a manicure. I love chocolate colors and that was the first color to pop into my mind for an autumn manicure.
For this manicure I used Nicole by OPI Better After Dark. Better After Dark is a sultry brown with pink shimmer. I used two coats and topped with Seche Vite. I took some pictures using my OttLite.
I decided to add a vinyl nail decal in the shape of a leaf from Make it Stick. 
I love how this manicure turned out. I certainly am in love with Better After Dark. The formula was great and the color pay off is amazing. 
I give Better After Dark 5 brains.
