Holographic Christmas Manicure

Here is another Christmas theme manicure.

Products used:
Fresh Paint – Splash of Cran
Born Pretty Store BPL-032
H&M – Space Race
Seche Vite

I started off with applying two coats of Splash of Cran from Fresh Paint. This is a deep red/burgundy polish. The formula was good. I sealed everything with Seche Vite. You can find Fresh Paint polish at Five Below stores.     beauty-tips-for-women-721

To continue with the Christmas theme, I decided to use Born Pretty Store stamping plate BPL-032. The design that caught my eye is on the upper right hand corner. I’m not sure what it is supposed to be but I liked it. It reminds me of the lights hanging on my tree.  beauty-tips-for-women-722

I stamped the image using Space Race from H&M. Space Race is an amazing holographic polish that stamps very well.

I applied Seche Vite to seal the design.  It is hard to capture the holographic effect in pictures.

Christmas Sweater Manicure

December is here so it is time for some Christmas themed manicures.

Products used:
Fresh Paint – Sandy Toes
Born Pretty Store BP-L018
Rica – Whiteout
Seche Vite
Pearl rhinestone

I started off with applying two coats of Sandy Toes from Fresh Paint. This a bright, almost neon, red coral polish. The formula was good. You can find Fresh Paint polish at Five Below stores. I sealed everything with Seche Vite.  beauty-tips-for-women-718

I wanted to do a Christmas sweater look. I decided to use Born Pretty Store stamping plate BP-108. This plate has a cute array of Christmas style sweater patterns. Unfortunately, getting a clean image of this plate was challenging.  beauty-tips-for-women-719

I stamped the image using Whiteout from Rica. I applied Seche Vite to seal the design and while my nails were still wet, I applied the pearl rhinestones.  beauty-tips-for-women-720

Halloween Happy Pumpkin Manicure

My youngest kid wanted a Halloween manicure. The request was for a gray background and orange happy pumpkins.

Products used:
Essence Colour & Go – Grey-t To Be Here
Sally Hansen – Lightening
B.M.C. – Teepee Tipping
Bundle Monster – BM-H06

I started off by choosing a pumpkin image that would fit my kid’s nail. I found a cute pumpkin on plate BM-H06. I made decals of the pumpkin using Teepee Tipping to get the orange and for the yellow color to mouth and eyes, Lightening.  beauty-tips-for-women-716

Once I had a set of decals made, I got the nails ready with base coat and one coat of Gey-t To Be Here. Waited for the polish to dry and then applied the pumpkin decals and sealed with Seche Vite.
