For the smooshy nail technique you place dots of the polish on paper and with your stamper you press down then transfer to the nail. A very easy method and you get to see what the polish mixture looks like before applying it to your nails. You can also place the polish drops on the stamper then apply to your nails. I found this method harder to control. Beauty Tips for Women 655

I decided to stamp them using a mix of images off of the Born Pretty plate BP-L008 using Silver Mercedes.

This did not work at all. With my small nails and the thickness of the images, the smooshy nail polish was lost underneath.

I definitely want to try this technique again because I found it fun and easy.

Beauty Tips for Women: Born Pretty Store Mysterious Starry Sky Night Nail Wrap Review

Let me start off by saying that I received this product at a reduce cost in exchange for my honest review.

The Mysterious Starry Sky Night design (#1854) is really cute and images are clear. The packet has 14 nail wraps that vary in size.

I followed the instructions on placement but the wraps kept rising off the free edge. Also I couldn’t get a smooth coverage over the nail. I did my best with pressing down and smoothing the wrap over my nails. I applied top coat which seemed to help them sticking back down. But sadly these wraps had zero staying power. After about 10 minutes, the wrap started lifting up and rolling back.

Overall, I like how they look but they don’t last.

Beauty Tips for Women: Zoya Nail Polish – Michelle

Here is a manicure I did using Zoya’s Michelle. Zoya’s website describes this color as “Deep, striking magenta pink with frosty violet-blue duochrome shimmer”.

The products used:
Zoya – Michelle
Liquid Sky Lacquer – Black Magic
Bundle Monster Sloteazz BM-XL210 stamping plate

I kept things simple with this manicure. I used two coats of Michelle. I had no issues with the formula or application. I added an accent finger by stamping a heart watermarble image using Black Magic.
